Fauteuil "Peg-Lev" de Michel Arnoult en bois massif, dossier et assise en cuir, reposant sur quatre pied de section carré pour un dessin résolument moderne en angle droit, adouci par le dossier ajustable à la position du corps et la sensualité du cuir.
En plus d'avoir été un architecte qui a marqué le modernisme brésilien, Michel Arnoult a aussi apporté une révolution dans le mobilier en proposant, notamment avec ce modèle Peg-Lev, un nouveau concept de meuble à acheter en pièce détaché et à monter soi-même facilement. Ce faisant, il a pu offrir à son public des pièces de haute qualité de réalisation, d'un dessin novateur, et ceci à un prix accessible au plus grand nombre, en restant fidèle à l'idéal d'utopie sociale qui a porté le design brésilien de ce milieu du XXème siècle.
