With a dimension of 114 x 74 cm, this tapestry in small point technique presents a drawing evoking an imaginary garden and a dreamlike tropicalism composed in an abstract way. On a blue background, the shapes are woven in a balance of pastel tones enhanced by bright red details.
In the way Carvalho organizes the composition of the elements of his tapestry make us remember that he was a student of the great master of modern tapestry, the Frenchman Jean Lurçat.
