Biography

A Contemporary Vision Rooted in Materiality

Lucas Recchia’s creations are the result of an in-depth exploration of materiality and craftsmanship. By merging ancestral techniques with a resolutely contemporary approach, the Brazilian designer reinvents materials such as glass, bronze, and rare Brazilian stones, transforming them into sculptural pieces where permanence and metamorphosis coexist.

Lucas Recchia constantly expands the boundaries of his practice, in which each work

becomes a field of inquiry into the memory held within materials.

Recognized as the most dynamic Brazilian designer on both the national and international scenes, Lucas Recchia collaborates with fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Off-White, affirming his central role in the landscape of contemporary collectible design.
